If only Seanf was still around.. He'd fall off his chair after all the crap I used to give him about liking PAMs ..

Idk why, but since I've been looking at watches again i've really been liking the look of the PAMs I see people posting.

Heres what I need help with..
alot of the time I cant see the difference between a $100 and a $1,000 Pam
:(

I've already been recommended to look at the 005 h-factory ones.
I like the look / style of that one quite a bit.
However, different dealers have them at different prices.. and I don't really one if one version is better then the other !

I'd like to stay under the $250 range if possible.
Then later send it out for a PVD treatment - or maybe spend a little more upfront and get a PVD version ? ..

Thank you guys for the help!

:p

If I was going to buy a pam i would go for a sead modded Pam. Look into his offerings and you can't go wrong.

H factory Pam's are accurate but come with crappy movement's and sead usually swaps it out for a much more reliable movement.

When speaking of Pam's over $500 they are usually pre-v's, pre-a's, historic, and subs. All of them are modded with various parts which can be rare that drives the cost even higher. Fgd dials are the gold standard... especially Ziggy lumed.

DSN seems to be gaining back fans with his new pre-v offerings though. Looks like an awesome alternative and a no brainer for those who don't sweat over details.

Forgot to add that polished Pam's do indeed wear bigger than brushed SS, titanium and pvd Pam's. Definitely something to think about. I sold my 201a cause I just couldn't hang with the polished look.

Hm - the chronos are the most expensive?
Followed by the "ultimate" ?

Lol -- other then the words on the dial all the non-chronos looks the same to me!
This is I'm talking about, I can't seem to figure out what's changing between the different price ranges
:p
