Please help identify the origin of this movement, or if it's a modded gen?

Dear all,

Can some savants here help me identify the origin of this movement? I got it from a dealer in Guangzhou, China who regularly imports genuine movements from overseas. He only had three pieces like this and I bought the last one. He claimed that this is genuine Swiss ETA 6497-1 low beat movement. It came decorated with OP XI-like inscriptions and was modded with a purportedly functioning swan neck. The original shock protection is Novodiac and I asked my dealer to swap it for a genuine Y-Incabloc at some additional expense. A friend of mine even suggests that the inscriptions could be Eddie Lee's work from many years ago, whereas I'm more inclined to believe the bridges along with the inscriptions are made by NOOB. So if it's really a gen movement then this could be a hybrid build. However, I don't really know much about ETA movement so I'm asking your opinion to confirm whether the movement are genuine ETA or not. Pictures are shown below. Thank you.

What do you folks think? Is it genuine, hybrid or not? Thanks.

Interesting movement. Looks like a Swiss gear train and balance wheel.

Not so sure - If I had a gen Eta, I would change the yewels on the noob bridges.
Anyway - undercoverz, are you shure it's a functioning swan neck?

And Chris: I don't see any reason not being here.

Thanks for the comment! Well, though it's just my educated guess that the bridges are made by Noob.

My dealer who is also a watchsnmith said to me that's the case. I shall try to use it when I get the opportunity.
