Planning to Purchase Super Rep NWBIG Cartier which Model

I want to purchase the best rep NWBIG of cartier and look through list which are Cartier Ballon 42mm V6F V4 or Cartier Ballon AF Pink Dial 33mm Cal 0.76 and deciding between these two. I already look up on intime, but the pink dial has the exact movement as geniune. I want the watch which looks like 1:1, if overlooking the movement. Which ones looks more geniune for purchase. Or are there any more models to consider.

I'm going with the 33 pink cal 076 for the wife. It looks amazingly close and if for only $100 more or whatever the difference to get same as gen movement? Worth it to me.
