2) recieved photos 28.09
3) recieved tracking number 02.20
Communication was by whatsapp and email - fast replies and good quality of support.
But the only thing - at the moment shipping status is still "Shipment not yet received or processed" after one week the parcel was sent.
Jtime says that update will be just after the parcel will arrive.
But for me it is relly strange that the current status is stil "not processed"
Just want to clarify - has anyone else had this too? Have you got your parcels?
