I don't have a way to get an accurate measurement at the moment, but my guess is 7.5-7.75". It's a big watch, but seems to wear smaller than it looks. It's relatively thin and light, compared to a typical Pam anyway.

Good choice, but 49 mm case watch for 7,5 inc wrist its very big IMHO
