Does anyone know if this version of a 1680 is available anywhere? I've checked all the dealer sites and MR says he can't get one. I don't want the "red" version and I don't want it to look abused.

Pretty close. I can't believe I missed that on Trevor's stuff. I could swear I looked there. I'd like the number markers to be less yellow/more white but It's the model I'm looking for. Wonder how difficult painting the dots would be...

I've done this many times with different dials. I use a painted underlay to give a background colour to dials like this. It's an incredible pain in the ass if I'm honest. You'd be better just sending the watch out to a re-lumer and have it done properly. At least then you'll have dial, hands and pearl matching.

Narikaa sells the MBW 1680 white. I will order one from him when he goes back to Thailand in Mid August...until then, I will be scouring the Trades Sections for one.
