I am relatively new here and this was my first purchase off the forum so I was pretty weary. Thankfully, all my worries were put to rest in dealing with LuminorReptar. I could have not asked for a better person to deal with. He is patient despite my asking 20 questions, never pushed me, made me feel comfortable, and educated me on the hobby. We also spoke on the phone a number of times. I thought he was too good to be true but after speaking with him, I knew he was the real deal.
I purchased the Franken Sub and my payment had to be split in 2 which didn't bother him. I received the watch only a couple of days later from half way around the world. Unfortunately, when I received it, it wasn't working. I reached out to him and he called me and gave me a number of options. Ultimately, he put me in touch with a great watch maker that fixed it within a day. Moreover, he paid for the repairs and for 1/2 the shipping costs. He didn't have to do any of that. He could have easily left me with a watch that didn't work but he made sure it got resolved and that I was happy. He went above and beyond and was generous with his time, care, diligence and for paying for the repairs.
I can't recommend him enough! If you have the opportunity to transact with him, consider yourself lucky. You're in good hands.
