Pending refund

Dear Chazingtime,

I ordered a watch and a bracelet about 4 weeks ago via email contact. The bracelet I wanted wasn’t available so I cancelled this part of the order. The watch arrived a few days ago, but I still don’t have a refund for the bracelet which was cancelled in the order.
I contacted you 3 times since then via mail and I got no reply.

Is there any problem with the bank details or anything?

Hi, we've refunded you yesterday July 17th. We emailed you several times but it keeps failing, saying gmx.net rejected our email.
