Hello my friends, how are you?

Yesterday I made a order with the Trusted Rep Dealer Puretime Watch International, I have to say that I had bought more than 10 watches with them since 2019 to today, but I’m a little worried about my order!
I ordered this 2 watches

They double check if they were available in stocks both of them, and they confirm me both of them available with ZF.

I chose to make payment with credit card, so they send me this link to make payment

Total for the order is $1,176 USD

Told me to make the payment in 2 parts, one of $900 USD and the other of $276

I enter the link, selected the customised order as the told me to do it, and then it was very complicated but I could make the first payment of $900, then the second one of $276 I couldn’t make it because it appeared the following message "Transaction blocked because of risk concern" when I tried in several times to make it, call my bank and they told me that there was not a single problem with them and my credit card.

Then I Send emails to:

And I haven’t received any confirmation or answer by them, it’s strange because I never had any kind of issue or delay in replies by this trusted rep dealer, I’m concerned about this situation, somebody can help me with this?

Same thing happened to me but a different dealer. The first time it happened I placed one order using my credit card, as I placed my second order 3 minutes later for my second wristwatch, website came up with sorry transaction not able to complete. Half an hour later I went through my emails and noticed that my bank credit card had sent me an email notice saying that someone was trying to use my credit card. The bank credit card email gave me two button options to press.
YES it was me placing order then press here or NO I never placed an order. I pressed yes it was me placing the order but after a half an hour of seeing a message from my credit card company, it was too late. I called my credit card company and they said since it was international payment that I needed to get a new credit card sent to me. I have to give them credit (No pun intended), but my credit cards arrived in the mail within 24 hours.

As soon as I received my new credit cards I was able to purchase 4 watch straps in separate transactions internationally in a 48 hour time span. After that I received the same message from their website saying transaction could not go through please try again later. Immediately I went to my email folder and checked to see if the credit card company sent me an email to check if it was me making the purchases but I never received an email from the bank.. when I called my credit card company they said it wasn't us.. and round and round we go.

Any update on your end with your credit card company? Has anyone at the dealer reached back to you?

Ok thanks for your answer, I’m going to make the payment again, how do I make it?
276 and then 900? Or everything in one payment?
And after that where do I send the payment confirmation?
Because until now sales and billing hasn’t answer my mails

Hello my friend, I’m in the same situation, my first payment of 900 was successful confirmed by PureTime, made with this first credit card, I had changed my credit card for a new one, the same as you. A few minutes ago I tried to make the second and final purchase to complete my payment, (with the new card) and I couldn’t, the same message (they couldn’t process the payment) I’m going to make the payment with a different credit card, hoping with this I can successfully complete the payment

Tried to make the second part of the payment with 3 different credit cards and it was not possible, this messages appeared

Do you have another option to make the payment with credit card?

No worries, there’s something called Digital Credit card than can be changed every day, that’s why I put the pictures, but sorry about this, it would not happen again, thanks for your support and advices, I’m new in the forum
