How do you adjust the position on the clasp?

More specifically, how do you release the bracelet from the fixed position and move it forward so it is self-adjusting?

Thanks in advance.

take ur watch off, and lift one side of bracelet where spring is so that bracelet and clasp is perpendicular to each other, hold the bracelet and lift it up.

It should slide with minimal force.

i sold mine, it was a ZF and the first time "pulling" it to the self-adjust mode i had to give it a LOT of force, thought i wouldve broke it , so if its hard to slide itll get easier over use

If it is has a lot of resistance when pulling, check to see if one of the screws is loose inside the sliding mechanism. Mine had one that someone broke and worked its way out about 1.5mm and prevented me from unlocking the slide. Fortunately it's the same screw as the ones from the removal links and I replaced the broken one with the one from one of my extra links.
