Pelagos Blue or Pelagos Black

Long time lurking here and I think I am finally ready to pull the trigger on a Pelagos. My problem is I can't decide between black or blue. Obviously the black is more versatile but the blue is quite unique. What would you do?

Was in same situation as you the last month but choosed the black in the end because it is more versatile. Can be used with everything and not quite as flashy on the wrist but the blue is beautiful I give you that

I just got the blue as one of my first TD buys. Wore it all last week. Keeps catching my eye. Unique. My lady really digs it! Actual color is not too bright a blue but also not boring.

Put pic of both on your phone and see which catches your eye over a few says, makes you smile most?

Serious answer: I think the experts here would recommend you buy both, see which you actually wear. Sell the other in M2M with very little loss.

I am leaning towards the blue right now since I have a Gen speedmaster in the rotation. But maybe I will go with expert suggestions to buy both!
Etron - is that the ZF or KW? Any regrets on your choice of maker?

I think few watches do the blue correctly. This is one of them. My two cents would be to go blue, as you have the gen speedy (a classic!) in rotation the way it is. Why get a second black when you can mix a properly done blue into the rotation?

FWIW, I think a blue watch on a brown leather strap is stunning -- check them out :)

Get blue because the more time you spend here the higher chances of you buying a Rolex submariner or gmt.

Don't know the diffs between them.
Tiny note: the 6 markets may be a hair at an angle. Just usual rep flaws or V6 has this? (Experts enter here)

Otherwise thrilled. Titanium and this blue just works together.

Hello Etron How about the bezel on your V6F? Does it has any play? I bought a ZF and it has a play in bezel and seems that most of ZF owners have the same issue.....

I can twist the bezel maybe 1/3 second with light pressure before starting to click it to next second. Not at tight as my PAM389.

I was in your exact shoes a few months ago. Fell in love with the Pelagos Blue. When it came time to order, I thought black goes with everything.
I find myself wishing I went with blue. I LOVE my watch, it's one of the best reps out there, but sometimes I wish I stuck with my gut. I'll prob buy the blue sooner or later anyway tho.

Also- I have the ZF version. The Bezel is tight tight tight. It feels EXACTLY like the gen. Maybe I got lucky.

Went through the same dilemma myself recently. I know you can buy both and flip one but I'm in a pretty isolated part of Australia so that's a hassle. Decided on the blue in the end because I have black gen Omega PO Chrono ceramic, black Oris gen diver, black or grey rep PAM's, black rep Breitlings............... you get the picture!

Got a ZF and after a lot of anguish over hour markers on QC pics I accepted it. Very, very happy camper. Bezel is tight, hour markers are very good (can see minor flaws through a loupe but so what) and date alignment is perfect. Looks great on the bracelet but I now mostly wear it as a weekend watch on the rubber. Looks very cool with jeans and I get quite a few comments. My Oris diver is also titanium and I really like the weight of these watches for their size. The Oris is lighter and a bigger watch but the ZF is very nice. Either way I would recommend you get one!

I just placed an order for the Black V6F from InTime, I can't wait to get it. It's a piece that I've wanted to pull the trigger on for a long time.
