I have given up on the Titanium bracelet supplied with my XF Pelagos! It’s the Clasp!
Between the bulging at 12oclock issue and the inability to get the perfect fit, I have grown to hate this ridiculous thing.
I am using the watch on a near perfect generic heavy natural rubber strap and am loving the Pelagos again.
OK, but Id still like to have a titanium bracelet option. Has anyone swapped in a clasp that fits the links (screw attached) ?
I know there are complete replacement Ti bracelets available but wanted to try the clasp swap if possible. Let’s hear some ideas! Thanks

The issue is not the links or half-links. It is the clasps design.
The correctly folded inner parts of the clasp do not nest cleanly and securely into the outer shell.
There is no way to prevent the parts from flexing in and out and causing an annoying gap at the 12 side when on the wrist.
The inner arms on the bracelets of my gen Rolexes all sort of snap into the outer “shell” of the clasps. This feelscso much more secure and looks better as well.

Your link isn't working. I have both a genuine pelagos and a replica LHD pelagos. Once I see what your issue is, I can probably compare it to mine and see.

I think that's just a defect/clasp error because my Pelagos doesnt have that issue....

^^^ Photos show the gap. It can vary a bit with wrist position. There is nothing securing the clasp "shell" at the 12 o'clock side. :(

I heard the ZF factory models have less of this problem?
My dealer offered to sell me another clasp (XF factory)
I may just purchase the Uncle S. full bracelet with standard clasp. Less complex than the full divers extension that I do not need and weighs in at 10-15 g. less.

Can any of the members post photos of a rep bracelet without this issue (or defect).
Thanks

I have the same issue on my Pelagos 42mm. The clasp sticks out when closed. I love the watch but the clasp doesn't sit flush with the bracelet. The pictures above is exactly what I see on mine. Its like the "folding t-bar" is too much on a curve/bent to sit inside the clasp.
