Have you had any challenges with fitting those plexiglass crystals into the bezels?
I just broke 2 recently during installation on a 3646 project.

I did have that problem before , but not now . The know how are always taking times and money , try more times , finger out the solution for it , that is the most fun part in this hobby .

The only man who can assemble that watch with a Gen .618 is MM. That combo with the sand dial and movement will cost you around 3 to 4 thousand dollars.....just so you know what your getting into.

The movement for lack of a better word is just SEXY! It would be a great build and totally worth it in the end if I could pull it off with out getting thrown out of the house & divorced.

Thanks for the kind words , but I won't say MM is the only one .
I ever built one with Cal. 570 (same as 618) with OEM dial , and also NW , and many good homage masters can do so .

The main problem is the way to source the movement in good condition , also , lots of $$$$ .

Yup, true Goin. Lots of guys could do it including me but he has these on hand as he collects the movements. He buy every one he can.
