Just finished this , and take some pics for you to check .
Mod list :
Incabloc Y shape fix (based on Asian part) ,
Longer swan neck screw replaced ,
Swan neck shape fix ,
1st to 3rd wheel brush works ,
OEM ETA crown wheel & rachet wheel replaced ,
Cannon pin flaten & polish works ,
Movement service & regulated ,
Crown guard lever tighten fix ,

Set the 2nd wheel

Set the 1st and 3rd wheel ,

Replace to ETA crown wheel & rechat wheel ,

Set the bridge ,

Fix incabloc Y shape (Asian part) and set the spring ,

Swan neck side fix and replace to longer SW screw ,

Cannon pin install after polish works

Disassemble the CG to fix

Final result

Good job in Incabloc and Swan neck spring and I ilke a lot the brushed gears.
The gen wheels look awesome. A very good end !

hard to tell from the pics, are those flat head screws for the ratchet wheels? the swan neck regulator should have flat screws as well.

yes i think it would be a good and quick mod, the screws are the final obvious tell for an expert. If you would have these replaced for gen items (ratched wheel screws and swan neck regulator screws, it would be very very close to the gen movement.

Is it me or is the engraving upside down on the bridges or is it supposed to be that way on a lefty? I is def off from my 111n v2 and my 127 has the bridges that are fully engraved with panerai panerai panerai ..... but also the seventen 17 jewels is upside down

It supposed to be up side down for 217 , it's a destro model .
