I know there must have some issues when I get it , but still have to check it to make sure what need to be modified .
After I checking the watch , I think I should replace the CG , the DSN CG is flat , the shape is far from Gen. for sure . So I contact Sead for his A-F Ti CG .
Then , the lume of the dial & hands are poor to me . There're two reasons for me to relume it ,
1. the dial lume is too thin , flat , and green . For a C-series PAMs , it looks bad .
2. The lume on the dial is weak , I can't let my PAMs with weak lume .
So , I done follows :
1. Lite aged relume works :
2. Swap to Sead Ti CG ( doesn't fit at all , the angle is different , need to fix)
3. Swap to my aged nature strap with GPF buckle .
And here're the pictures about it now .
The CG pin is nice & flat !
Check the shape of the CG and do a compare with what it original is . It must be replaced !
DSN CG
Case back ... after we all get used to H or N factories products , the DSN case back engraved is not " good " anymore .
But for the rare model , I can live with it , LOL .
Some micro shots about the lume works I done , I make it light aged as it's C-series . But not that strong because it's still L-dial , not Tritium :
The DW , it got two cyclops in fact . One on crystal , and another is between dial & movement . Seems like DSN already made it with good font , so I don't need to do anything at all .
The hobnail dial is amazing for sure !!
And the lume effect after relume works
