Maybe I put my comments in the wrong thread... Here is my post from the other thread. I'm hoping that bezel is a prototype:

It looks like a major challenge was overcome with the color of the bronze alloy. BUT... And to me this is a pretty big but...


the metal hour markers on the bezel are too big and the minute dashes between 12 and 3 are incorrect. That bezel needs improvement! Also yet to be seen is the knurling on the side of the bezel. Most makers have failed to get this part correct.


I'd also like to see that shade of green on the dial in natural light.

It seems the colour of bronze is more red and then more accurate than ZF PAM 382 case. Anyway, an analysis chart of chemical composition would be very appreciated in order to know if the case is made of real bronze CuSn8 like gen

I hope, like Grim, that the knurling of the bezel is made correctly, well finished and accurate

I would like to make a comparison ZF and KW versions vs. GEN

Bronze (CuSn8) color is more red/pinkish than brass. I would prefer to see bronze to be used in final product because it's closer to gen.

I would have a problem with it if they used brass instead of bronze. This has been long awaited and long discussed and to miss one of the most important points of the rep which is the material, would essentially kill the watch for many of those here.

The pics of unfinished pieces could be as much as a month old! They all may already be completed pieces!

What makes any of us think this will be any different than any other rep? They are built to profit builders and dealers there will never be perfect rep.. So what difference does it make if material used is same as gen or not as long as it looks the same? When all you have to do is turn the watch over and it is a glaring rep!!!

You can only polish a turd so much.

That being said I love my KW watches, I feel they are much better in a lot of ways over the Noob, H factory watches!
