EVALUATION: (*) FIRST CLASS REP (104 N-series from Noob and H maker) (pending definitive evaluation as Super reps)
The PAM 104 is the same as PAM 229 but with Black dial instead od Blue
The PAM 104 is the same as PAM 220 but with Polished case and Leather strap
There is a version similar to PAM 104 in brushed Titanium and Brown dial: the PAM 240 released in 2007.
The PAM 104 was released in 2002, after the PAM 086 and 091 released in 2001, and it breaks the trend of complex dials started by these models. In comparison with the PAM 086 and 091 the PAM 104 has a very simple and smart black dial.
We can consider the last replicas of PAM 104 N-series from H maker and Noob factory like First Class reps, even like Super reps depending on future evaluations.
This is a good candidate as a first Panerai replica

Besides other things I can not be a big friend of the movement looks ( yes, i know it's a closed case back). This made me part from my 312 very fast again.

I think the most helpful info will come from those on the forum that have these models. Hopefully they will chime in. Unfortunately, I am not one of them!

Is there a clear definition of what constitutes a Super Rep or is it mostly subjective? To me, I would expect it to be no flaws that are clearly visible without having a Gen and Rep side by side for comparison. For this reason, I think that an incorrect CG would make it a first class rep.

Here are some Gen pics (J-series) for reference. Not sure if the CG on the rep is correct or not now that I'm looking at better Gen pics.

Not having held the rep and only going by the pictures you have here, is there a blue sheen coming from the AR which can be seen on the cyclops or is it cyclops only.

According to Perfect Clones the H model has genuine swiss standards colourless AR and a 7mm cyclops. Having looked at his video of this watch and looking at the gen pics here I would think there is a good case for calling the H a super rep.

Well, we have a though decision because they are very good replicas either H maker or Noob factory, but although they have flaws.
The solid caseback aids to be upgraded, but the cyclops adds a difficult thing.
Lastly the case and CG from Nood are better due to the already famous sharp inner edges.
But H maker are still making good sausage dials usually better than Noob and in this case it is not an exception. Lume is similar and CP is better in Noob
Therefore:
Case, CP and CG: winner Noob
Sausage dial: better H maker with more accurate fonts and thickness
Lume, Crystal and Cyclops: no winner and no perfect either Noob or H maker

Some months ago, these replicas had been considered as Superm reps but seeing the current quality of the PAM replicas a little flaw in dial or in the CG or a no perfct Cyclops can be an issue to downgrade a PAM replica. I’m making myself harder with the quality of the reps.

I would like to consider the Noob factory better due to a better general construction but some differences in font and thickness of markers push me back.

Conclusion:

Noob: Keep as First Class rep almost bordering Super rep
H maker: Keep as First Class rep almost bordering Super rep

My H factory 104 went to a good friend , ....
The blueish cyclops ( some angles ) , and IMHO horrible cannon pinion was something I couldn't agree with , too much of a nitpicker for that.
In case of my 104 the pinion was sticking out too much.

I prefer hand-wind pam's anyway

But all in all a very nice effort, but will keep it as first class rep.

All they need to do is fix the CP IMO and the "fit" of the CG- I can easily fit a piece of printer paper between the case and CG at the ends and that's not good.
