Payment sent/ nobody answer my emails

Hi,

I sent a payment for 2 watches 14 days ago. I sent 2 emails asking for receipt confirmation and I didn't recieve any answer. This friday and also include sales puretime email, and nothing either.

@puretime could you help me please? once you answer I can PM my order number and details

@puretime: it seems your team is not telling the truth....
I sent emails the following dates (I took the information from my email sent box)
1. to Alice ([email protected]) Tuesday 2024-02-20 11:56 AM NY ET
2. to Alice ([email protected]) Thursday 2024-02-22 7:53 AM NY ET
3. to Marie ([email protected]) Thursday 2024-02-22 7:55 AM NY ET
4. To Marie and Alice Saturday 2024-03-02 12:35 AM NY ET
5. To Marie and Alice today, Tuesday 2024-03-05 8:58 AM NY ET

So please tell your team to check your email properly...

OP - Could your service provider be blocking them? Have you received responses from PTs mailboxes in the past? Something odd here.
Have you tried flagging your outgoing mails with indicators to request delivery receipt and read receipt?

Also, you may try to resend the email with a different subject (without any words of "WU","MG" or "payment") Or, just PM me the details.

There has been occurrences where the China Great Firewall randomly blocks outlook and gmail

speaking not just from RWI stuff but on other personal and business transactions

That's very very weird... we had fluid email exchange with Marie and Alice from my email account, and when I sent payment info all the sudden you stopped receiving my emails? I will send information from another email account

I never heard before this kind of intromission of a government in people's privacy... it is really scary.
@puretime you should make a disclosure/note to advise customers about this kind of 'issue' in communications.
