Payment problem

Hi ,

Placed an order today at Jtime and received a link via WeChat to make the payment by visa

This did not work and my bank says they have stopped the payment because they think it is a fraud


Namely a company named Limted... in the country Nigeria

Anyone else had a problem like this

it is always a challenge to get the payment through- even with TDs. They have to use shell companies to shield themselves. It seems scammy- but it is the system they have to use.

Contact them via email/wechat. BE SURE you are actually talking to the team at JTime- use the links on this website. If you use Google to find them- you are likely getting scammed.

Again- be sure you are actually dealing with the REAL JTime.

I contacted Li via WeChat ( jtimewatch ) it is there where I got the link that gave the problem

Also contacted via email
( [email protected] ) where he showed a print screen of our conversation on WeChat. So I assume it is the real Li. But this then makes it really weird that the link for payment visa would have been redirected to Nigeria ?
Don’t know what to do now

Just ask Li what you should do. Sometimes you can just call the bank and tell them you are going to make this transaction and with whom- they will then let it go thru.

Some of the TDs will offer alternative methods of payment as well. Don't worry- it is a constant issue- all the TDs are used to it.
