Dear members,
I’ve searched the forum with no success. To the best of your knowledge, is there anyone in the CONUS area ideally, that can engrave a Patek movement?
Buff did some experiments and the results look better than the stock 324 SC movement. (be aware that he is not a TD on here)
He charges around 300$ for a refinished movement.
For the 240 clone - it is slightly easier as the initial engravings are printed on recent batches which makes it less difficult to exactly match the existing lines.
Maybe he is working on it silently in the back of his shop... who knows.
The anglage and Geneva stripes of the 240 need a serious refinish though.

The point that I'm trying to bring across was that it might be easier and even cheaper to make this project happen overseas.
