Anyone know the actual thread pitch on a 5711 case screw? So far no answer from the manufacturers

It constantly changes as the die wears. As long as the case has the same inverse you are in business. There is an acceptable range in theory as the length would be to long or short.

Number of turns should be 2 7/8 to 3 1/5 if memory serves.

Any good machine shop will have a go/nogo spec for their thread tolerances to avoid inconsistencies with tool wear. Patek would be no exception. For the case screws they would most likely use a basic metric thread. I don't have a screw handy but I recall the MD being around 1.6mm, so it should be either a 1.6x.2 or 1.6x.35. If nobody has a known thread spec I'll get some screws to measure and update here.

The official size is m1.6x0.35 by my measurements. This was done with a PPF case and screws. The screws fit in a hole tapped to that size, and the bezel fit that tap size through without any interference.

M1.6x0.35mm thread pitch.
