I bought the Patek 516 from JTIMEWATCH STORE and was delivered after 3 weeks communications between the owner Li
and Lana were excellent.no complaints. I tested the watch for 3 days and was getting over 40 hours on the manual wind
then on the 4th day it suddenly went down to 18 hours on the manual wind not good. Li replied not everything factory stated
can be 100% FULLFILLED during real usage, like the power reserve thing, many pieces can last around 40 hours after wound
but some can not. He offered to give me a discount on my next purchase, you guessed I refused that ( get another faulty watch)
Then he said send the watch back to China and all the dangers involved with customs and maybe getting lost on the way plus
running the gauntlet back to the UK and all the charges, he should have an agent in the UK to deal with these problems .
I would not recommend buying from this Company he has admitted above that not all watches are going to be 100% I told
him he should state this on his site about the risks so us the buyers can way the risk reward on the timepieces.

The sending back to China offer is only ass covering so if he gets any feedback he can state I offered to change same with the
customer, If I send back all the way to China and it gets damaged or lost where do I stand there I would be down nearly $548
no thanks.

In my honest opinion I would not take the risk

Let me guess, this is your first rep? You should know that this is in no way JTime's fault or problem.

That sounds like a really tough situation, mate. Honestly, if you dig into the field of rep sales and the associated risks, you’ll see that it’s just the nature of the game. Sometimes you’re lucky, sometimes you’re not. Same goes for the dealers.

Feel free to DM me if you have any sparring related questions. I’m also currently quite updated on several PP’s and Rolex’s.
I’m relatively new here too, so I understand how challenging it can be to accept the differences in the sales experience compared to local online stores. These differences stem from cultural contexts and the lack of safety nets when things go wrong.

Ultimately, we’re responsible for our own safety when buying. The more knowledge we have, the safer we are!
