Hey,

So finally got back from my in laws (dropped my PAM005 Noob v2 whilst going through security - minute hand came off).

Opened the back of my Pam to remove the movement and re-attach the minute hand. Unfortunately, damage from the drop was worse than i thought.

A screw that holds the smaller winding wheel has broken (screw head has fallen off - please see attached picture). Can someone advise on where i can buy a replacement from?

Really appreciate your help on this. I just bought a watch tool kit from Watch Bitz, just starting to ticker and fix broken watches. Having difficulties sourcing parts such as screws etc..

Thanks

Been trying the search function to try to find previous posts regarding PAM parts, can't seem to find anything, i'll keep trying as i'm probably being retarded.

What you are looking for really is not a Pam screw
It is a eta 6497 movement screw or Asian equal
Not sure where u can get specific screws for that
You may have to buy a eta 6497 or Asian copy 6497 and get the screw from that
Those movements are likely on eBay or via member parts on this and similar forums

@Rogerthat - correct, done a lot of research since.

The movement i need parts for is an ETA Unitas 6497-2. ofrei.com sells SWISS eta parts for the lower beat movement; 6497-1 (other than bridges, parts can be used in -2 version).

FYI - i completely dismantled my movement (was completely dry, bad even for factory standards). Was a taunting task, though have learnt so much! Unfortunately, i need more than a new crown wheel screw :( luckily orfei has everything i need.

Appreciate the replies. Once i receive all my new parts i'll post some pictures. Ordering new SWISS blue plate screws too, hopefully these will look a little more finished than the stock Asian screws.

Quick question, i was looking at davidsen's website for PAM dials etc, are his dials the same quality as factory stock dials or better?

Thanks,

If you mean the bridge screws, the Swiss ETA screws might not thread into the rep main plate. You really don't have to go ETA on those parts, save the money, Just buy a used rep movement and swap out the parts you need. As I mentioned before, I have some of the parts you need and I am willing to give them to you no charge...
