Reposted from RWC.

Here a few Pics of the ETA 2801-1 movement, with part names. It is basically the same plate as the 2824 and 2836 except it is a manual wind, without the winding bridge, rotor, and calendar functions. Scroll back between parts and previous photo to see location of part removed.

Ha thanks for the vote of confidence H_U and TT, I'm just a beginner sharing a little info as I learn...but always thought a DIY Eta repair section would be kinda cool to have here on the forum where everyone could share the repairs they have made or tried to make. :D

great tutorial. I always have a problem putting the pallet lever back in place with the escape wheel and getting it in the correct spot.

Ok, I fixed the Keyless works but now i have two other pieces on the same side of movement that popped out( opposit side of movement and under datewheel) . Not is pics here. can soemone point me in the right direction? 2836 real ETA suposidly. and the shape on the teeth look crrect so i would say it is the real deal.

Here is a pic. Make sure the spring ( located next to # 29) is locked between the teeth on the date wheel.
