Parcel stuck at customs

My parcel got stuck at customs from Royal Mail UK to The Netherlands. For over a week, the status hasn’t changed:


This item is still being assessed by the destination customs authority. If any further information is required before release they will contact the recipient directly
There may be more information on our delivery partner's website.

If mail comes from customs, lawyer, NSA, or from your grandmother (unless you like it very much) then save it and IGNORE - no reply.

what to do?

Was this a TD or a M2M sale?

It really depends what value was declared as they might send you a letter to pay import taxes etc.
