Paneristi challenge: Gen or Rep with obvious obstacle on dial to make it harder

Thought I would see how great the eyes of PAM experts are if you don't always have the entire face of the watch to discern if this is a gen or rep.
First of all, which PAM model?
Then, gen or rep?

LOL, after studying hundreds of pictures, I can spot a gen, from a DSN, from an Cartel from 10 feet. Lizard or no lizard.
