Paneria GMT stopped working

I have a fairly nice Pan GMT ceramic that I got less than a year ago from a dealer on here.

It has stopped working and notice recent it feels like the movement became loose inside the casing as it shifts side to side and makes noise.

The second hand stopped moving tonight and I noticed on the back in the clear window it looks like a loose piece is stuck to the back glass.

I tried winding the watch, and nothing works.

So the question is there someone who might be able to fix it for me? Or is the cost of fixing out weight getting another one?

I am located in California.
Thanks for the help.

Sorry to hear mate.

Maybe a pic of the loose piece might get the greater minds to weigh in?

Ya I thought that last night when I was posting but didn't want to wake the wife up getting it out of the watch box.
Will take one this morning...

When I pull the crown out to set the time it works and spins the hands, I can move the date and GMT hand. With the crown out the whole movement feels loose as there is a lot of play now...

The second hand on the front doesn't move at all. Which I would think this little silver piece that is now stuck to the back with the hole has something to do with the second hand and the winding of the watch.

From what I can see with the case back on you have a case clamp floating about in there, which means the case screw should also be in there, find them both and refit, see how you go

This.
Also, don't wind the movement and don't try to make it work anymore until you find the screw that's inside the case along with the clamp shown in the pics. It might catch the hairspring and eventually damage it.
The movement looks to be a 21j, if you can't fix it by finding the two pieces above and refitting them, it might not be worth to repair it.
