Panerai Strap Question, opinions...

What is your opinion of the strap in these pictures.
It is 26/26, 140/80 and 5.5mm thick.

Nice vintage look strap...But for me, anything over 5mm becomes uncomfortable to wear...

But this is all personal of course...

Ok... Yes Coldi, it is a strap that I made.
No, you can not eat in PecMan... But I guess you could chew on it for a rather long time if you wanted.
It is a little over 5mm thick, but it is really soft. I ran out of the gum to burnish the edges, and I sorta liked this look... Guess I will run out and get some more tomorrow.

Hey, T. The only thing I would suggest is that you skiv down the hide you use to build the keeper. Keepers that thick look odd to me...

I made a couple small changes... Finished the edges, finished the buckle holes a little better and made the tube holes a little neater.

Very Nice! I think the contrasting color on the edges is what does it for me. I especially like the color of this one.

I realy like that strap nice job, I would go tomorrow to Tendy and pick up some leather ,Iiwould like to try to make a strap just for fun i doubt that is going to be even close to this but after seeing this beauty ,why not
