Ha ha yes I suppose that would do however I would prefer the 'correct' plastic one. Doesn't need to be the gen one though [emoji6]

They are -- too flimsy and will bend at the tip. Simply using the blunt end of a normal spring bar tool will do the trick.

Yep, they do. Still doesn't prevent me from asking the TDs for the plastic tool when ordering a model with the quick release strap change system.

If I remember correctly some rep panerai boxes came with a rep straptool. Thus sourcing one should be possible.

But you'd be buying the boxes just for that tool. Just ask your TD nicely, he might just give you one.
