Panerai Snapback Case

I need to silence my PAM Due rotor and the conventual way of unscrewing the caseback dont work.
What kind of tools to I need to pop the caseback off?
I have a watch press for refitting the snapback case.

Update, the caseback popped right off just using a knife.

Hey mate - where did you insert the knife and what kind did you use? I've been trying to pry mine off for the last 2hrs and have scratched the caseback trying to do it.

Its on there tight.

On the opposite side of the crown!

I used knife like this.

Thanks mate. I finally got it off using a meat chopping knife. LOL

If you have a watch press use that to secure it back on!

I just finished silencing the rotor on my Sub!
You press a tad of silicone on the rotor bolt bearings! After that it’s quiet as a mouse.

Get one of these from ali, they come in different sizes

thanks for that….i take it these spin the back off? it’s more lubricating the rotor that i’m wary of

just a slight slight slight dab on the center of the rotor as far as i know, shouldn't be a tough job if there's no hidden surprises

Only Due is snap! The rest is screwdowns LOL
