Panerai rubber with blue logo - genuine?

Hi guys. Need some help with this panerai rubber blue logo. Is this genuine? The side near the lug holes feels a bit rough.

Not looking too good there. Sadly. The logo is terribly sloppy with the color running outside the lines and the lines of the op logo looking uneven. Plus the sides or edge of the strap also look rough.

And finally, every genuine panerai strap I have says “made in Italy” as well.
