I think it's 27mm x 20mm and 115mm x 75mm
guessing around 4 or so mm thick at lugs and about 2.3mm thick at deployment.

Just broke out the calipers and the straps on my PAM00292 are ~27 at the wire lug, but ~22 at the tip. This is not equipped with a deployant though, but came with a tang buckle. I put a set of straps for my Fiddy on it to preserve the OEM ones.
