Titanium case is it concidered to be better than brushed SS case?

The Asian 6497 Manual Handwind movement, Cortes De Geneve Bridges is it a better movement than Asian Unitas 17 J Manual Handwind movement?

1:1 never holds true, but the watch pictured is great. A lot of rep 'problems' are addressed. No AR, Tight CG, Super lume... Good looking watch. Go for it!!

i have a question on the movements.which is the best movement amongst the ones available on this watch?
1.Asian Unitas 17 J Manual Handwind movement
2.Asian 6497 Manual Handwind movement
3.Asian Seagull 25J Automatic movement(Cut out design Rotor as per genuine)
4.Asian Seagull 35J Automatic movement(Cut out design Rotor as per genuine)


ps1.Titanium case is it concidered to be better than brushed SS case?

ps2.Crocodile you mentioned no AR,i believe it has AR,if iam not mistaken.

Mate, there is no 177 with an Automatic movement. They are all manual 6497 movements as per genuine. Yes the 177 has a colorless AR which is pretty good according to some reviews.

It depend what you mean by better mate. Titanium is harder AND lighter than SS but it is also darker in color. There is not 177 in brushed SS case

My questions are based on what i have come across in my search for this watch.
On trusty site there are watches with these movements mentioned above,thats why i asked which movement is good for this watch.so that the watch functions well, seconds running as should, and a mechanism that is going to last long.
For this watch model is it titanium or stinless stell case the correct one?

Mate, this is a completely different model. That's a 312 and what you're asking about in your title is a 177. Two completely different models and when it comes to accuracy the 177 is the way to go. It's one of the new super reps!

my mistake then,it was on the same list as the rest of the watches under LUMINOR MARINA 44MM.and i did not notice that was 312 and not 117,as i was concentrated on the movements,thinking that they were all the same watches.

to begin wih all pams look the same, that will change for some people, and details are suddenly the reason to obsess. 44mm luminor all have big similaritys, for the reps, some models have been repped much more accurate than others, and the 177 is really the start of a new wave os super reps comming at us at the moment.

J/K as for PAM's being all the same, don't listen to trk. Let him play with his.....Big Bang :biglaugh: If you want to get a PAM, the 177 and the 111J are the way to go at the moment! Won't be disappointed with either. I'm ordering a 111J next week!

To my untrained eye they look the same
