Panerai Homage to PAM292

Hi all,
I was wondering if I could get your advise on obtaining a Pan Homage to the PAM292. From my reading, I believe the best guys for the job are Davidsen and JOA. However, what is their contact?

Also, has anyone bought this particular rep from them? Does the PVD last? Are the install Unitas movements reliable?
