PANERAI Ferrari - Advice Needed!

I want to get a Panerai Ferrari.
Is it true that the FER008 is the closest rep to the original?
I also like FER004 but the L is missing before & after "SWISS" at 6 and I believe wrong colour dial hand at 3?
Really like the FER14(Flyback carbon dial)but I would think this is less true to original becuase of possible non-exact copy of carbon Dial - Would i be right? If so FER008 a better REP to go for?
Final question - Why is it that the Rose Gold GEN FER006 seems to be the only GEN that does not have the L before & after the Swiss wording at 6.

Fer 008 is the closest to gen.... it's the best option if you want accuracy....

Yes I agree the 008 is the most accurate. I have never seen the real and rep side by side, but from reference photos it seems to have the fewest flaws.

I have FER14, i'm quite happy with the overall look, and i think the carbon fiber dial looks amazing

In terms of accuracy, I believe the gen has a display back, the rep has a closed back.
The rep's strap is fairly stiff and should be replaced,...
Otherwise, it is fairly accurate, except that there isn't a flyback function on the chrono.

Well that settles it.
The FER008 is the closest of the FER range to the GEN so that's want I'll order.
