Ok... I have been searching and trying now for a month... and I give up... so, I'm asking for help...

How do I get upgraded crowns (and crown guards) for my 111h and 63??? I have pm'ed Palpatine on multiple forums... I have e-mailed Jimmy... and I have struck out...

I am dying here people... I feel like I am on a desperate crusade for little pieces of metal.... end my suffering!

Well... Jimmyfzu is selling on eBay. He decided to stop producing the case, crown and CG. He may/may not do another run in near future. As for Palp, I don't really know but from what I heard the second batch of crown has been snapped up.

I think the new batch of Rep crowns look pretty darn nice. DVS has a nice crown even though the sides are beveled. At least on mine. And Ruby has some nice thick crowns on the newer offerings. Maybe one of the Rep manufactures might sell you a thicker crown??

Davidsen will sell you a crownguard. I personally think the centered CGs look better and that is what is currently being offered by OP.

I actually have a DSN crown on the way... but it seems the general opinion is that the Palp is better... or is that not a correct statement?

I think it is true the Palp is better, but for double to triple the price and immediate availability of the DSN, it's not a bad choice.

I can't believe the difference is that noticeable, there will be other things that scream "REP" before the DSN crown.

Now, all I need is a good crown guard...

Go with the DSN CG. I like it.

does anybody know if Davidens CG will work wiht JimmyFU cases i ahve the screws I'm thinking it should be maybe someone already knows?
