Panerai 029 Tuxedo looking for spare parts

I have had this replica for around 15 years and while it is of pretty good quality ( keeps good time ), the dial is very cheap looking with a lot of distortion.
Does anyone know if I can get another dial ( does not need to be a Tuxedo ) for this size case? Thanks
