There used to be a quartz one that was pretty good, similar to the standard speedy quartz rep. Not sure if they are available anymore.

I saw those but I'm not very keen on them, looks like there's no good rep of this And there's a gorgeous gen in the gen section setting off my panda addiction now when I'm planing to relocate and need cash for a new house hopefully payed in full icard:
I have to feed my desire for a Panda somehow so I think I'm gonna go with a cheapo vintage like Alpha Paul Newman , everybody seem to love theirs and I think it looks great. Do you guys have any better suggestions?

There is a sticky here on speedies with lots of great information.

I'm not sure there are any really accurate Speedy reps however I did buy this exact model from Michelle last month and am happy wiith it.

It should be reliable with the st19 movement, but all of them have incorrect dial spacing(nothing can be done about it)I believe there should be an accent over the word tachymetre, and the dials don't look recessed, but if it comes with the Omega branded bridge as shown it's a definite plus. On these it all depends on what you will accept in the flaw department cause they ALL have them of one kind or another. Good luck!

Smokie, did you pull the trigger on the Alpha? If so how do you like it? I have the jones for a Panda and am between this and the Silix ST-19 Speedy version (despite the dial spacing issues).
