PAM960 rotor spins very easily and is quite loud. anything I can do, help?

Wouldn’t it be better to use a clock lubricant on the rotor? The gasket silicone is better for the think on ring around the thread to seal water out of the case, no?

Both work great. I have been using diver grease successfully for years.
