Ok. The rotor will not stay on. Period. When pulling everything apart I noticed the Dial is just sat in place. No screws holding feet tightly in place and no glue on back of dial. As soon as you try to pull it out of case the hands fall off. I then proceeded to remove the Deco plate. As soon as I did that a small piece of metal fell out which is what I believe to be inhibiting me from rotating the crown in the first position. Now it winds normal so I can technically still wear the watch if I choose to not replace the rotor. But I am going to try to glue rotor in place unless someone has an alternative idea.
