PAM688 - Any tell tell signs?

Hi All,

Hope all are well.

From your expert opinions I would like to know if you see any tell tell signs of the PAM688 in the image being a replica? I am by no means an expert and picked this watch up as I loved the size on the wrist and the colours.... Personally, I love it, irrespective of whatever flaws there may be, however, I am interested to know what you guys and gals see that my untrained eyes do not (slight water drop at the bottom over "SWISS").

FYI, I switched the strap to a genuine Panerai strap which made all the difference to me.

To be honest, I don't like the line-up and essence of your question.

This is a fairly old model, and there are topics on the forum dedicated to it, where the participants have already spent time and made conclusions.
And after that, throwing them a photo as a test would not be correct, rather than just taking the time to read it.

Also, regardless of the presence or absence of external flaws from the front, it is impossible to post them in gen groups and forums.

The last important point is that the PAM688 is a very limited model, and there are very few people who have seen it in order to take it, but differ from the GEN from the photo in your IG or from the wrist.

But yes, so as not to complicate and leave you a place for self-education, the pink color of the gold of the hands, almost regardless of the lighting, tells me this.

Thank you KOT1917 and Patron . I fully appreciate your points. My question was more so in relation to the specific watch in the image, whether or not it contains are flaws visible to the eye in case of a production issue affecting that watch that I may have missed. Thank you for highlighting the colour of the hands, it is certainly off when compared to the original.
