Purchased a PAM 671 from a TD.
It is making a scraping or grinding noise. louder than other rep watches i have purchased.
Is this normal for PAM 671?

In the picture, i am pointing to the top layer with "officine panerai" . that spins quite a bit when i twist my wrist or move my arm, which makes loud enough noise to be heard when your arms are at your hip .

Someone who has owned one of these, let me know if I should let the TD know and get a replacement.

thank you in advance

The rotor bearings need to be oiled and/or replaced. Since everything is working, I don't think a TD will accept this as a reason for a replacement.

I have one also , yes it is a little noisy if you move your wrist suddenly but that is pretty standard

Yep, TDs won't accept noise as a criteria for rejection. But you can ask them what course of action to take, they might pay for or split the lubrication cost with you. Or give store credit. Just have the rotor lubricated by a local rep-friendly watchsmith.

Maybe the rotor touch the movement deco will spinning.
The deco P.9010 rotor is very thin and wobbly.

Are the 3 screws that hold the rotor in place Deco ? Or real ? I know some have been both in the past ?
