The PAM605 was a good watch. That looks to be the ZF version, the KW version did not come with any sunburst at all. The effect looks great on that watch you're wearing.

That’s not my watch, those are not my photos but from a chinese dealer. The watch on the photos is not from ZF but from another factory (not KW as well). To my untrained eye it looked good but I don’t know how good and this is why I asked some expert to chime in..

Hahaha Just playing with you. I was going to comment on the watch but then the key fob caught my eye. Anyway, ZF or not, it definitely looks like a winner to me.
Not sure if letters are engraved ( as it should be) and not painted.

The balance wheel seems to be in the wrong place, the REG T.M. text is smaller on my ZF, strap also seems wrong.
