i have recently purchased a pam599 and i have come to wind it today and i won't wind. it just changes the time in both positions. Has anyone come across this before? i don't have anything to remove the case back. Im sure it would be a simple fix for some who knows what they are doing. thanks

It seems you may have to reset the keyless works from what I have found on the web.

As for removing the caseback I have found that the rubber ball, duct tape ball works well. Good luck!

I have managed to fix this. I removed the back and tightened the screw half a turn that holds the winding pin in and It now winds perfectly. Thanks for the help.
