I came across a few new pams online and in the boutique-

This one struck me as being extremely easy to rep:

It's like an ecru 312. It's fantastic and simple, and has a 12 hour GMT which is the best type of GMT.

Also, the PAM572 is an amazing piece, and should definitely be repped. It's a 45mm radiomir 1940 case, between the 512 and 514.

Of course, the movement won't be repped, but I don't mind that.

never liked the way they put the word "Automatic" in lower case on the dial when everything else is upper case. Throws the symmetry of the dial off IMO. That micro-rotor is lovely though, but I doubt they can rep that accurately.

They should just rep the PAM572 with a solid back and make it fairly water resistant.

It still would sell fine.

It would be a simple, solid option to the PAM388 Radiomir Black Seal.

I like pam 572 so much.

Complete 3,6,9 and 12 number like fiddy but in 1940 radiomir case.

And use 24mm strap, i can use my strap collection on this.

Hope maker make pam 572 with a7750 or seagull like on pam 312.

Gens cost over usd 10k. :(

Hey Guys,

i am planning to order the 572 from Ryan because it's like a dress version of my beloved 622 with a small second.
I have good experience with 6497 movemens but i don't know if the movement that is installed within the 572 is also reliable?

It's the "Asian 23J", no more information regarding this movement on Ryans Website (and the sites of all other TDs).

Any advice? Thanks a lot!

But the 572 rep is 3mm thicker then a gem. I love the 1940 case, and the thin case of the 572 is perfect for low profile watch lovers who want to wear their watch comfortably under a dress shirt sleeve. That 3mm kills it for me. 12.1 is the gen. I don't care what movement they put inside a 572, or if the case back. Is not see through or if it is. I just want the thin case.

Hey Friends,

i have the PAM 572 since two weeks and really love it. But as this is my first rep watch with the A23J (P.2002 i guess) movement (i only had 6497's until now) i have a question to the movement specialists here.

When i want to fully wind this watch i don't get a resistance like the 6497's after 40-50 windings. The A23J can be wound like 60-80 winds and there is now resistance. So you don't know when the watch is fully wound. Can this hurt the movement?

Today after about 70 winds the crown slips a little bit and further winding was not really possible, but also no resistance like 6497. Did i broke something or is the watch just fully wound and i have to wait?

I would really appreciate an answer! Thanks in advance!
