Ive recently purchased a PAM563 from intime after consulting the ALE guide and it coming out as not a bad rep. Today i've received an email from the QC team with two pictures and the content stating that:

''About the ZF PAM563:I have change the watch 5 times. And all have this problem like pics I showed to you.The factory finally reply me,all same like this of this model watches.

Can you accept it?If not.Can you change to other model.''

I can only imagine that they are talking about the pin? surely this is something that could easily be solved or am i missing something?

What pin? If it is the CG lever pin in the first picture, it can be pushed in or if it's not possible, hammered in, just don't use a metal headed hammer and do it lightly. If it is the lug bar in the second picture, it just needs screwing in, unless the dealer says there's a thread issue, in which case I would pick another watch.

Sorry @mysterio I was referring to the lug bar. As to me that's the only problem I can seem to notice?
I thought the CG lever looked ok? But now you've mentioned it and Ive looked at my other PAM the flick does seem a little more prominent.
I have replied asking what exactly they are trying to point out so am just waiting on a response back at the moment.

But your advice if he comes back with a thread issue then choose another?

First, ask your TD what the issue is as you don't know what he is talking about. Then IF he says it's the lug bar, then ask if it is a thread issue and the lug bar can't be inserted all the way in, for all of the watches he's checked. IF he says it's another thing, then get back here. ;)

@mysterio they replied "yes" so a wise idea to choose another?

So all of them have issues with the thread? Well, it is finally up to you if it's okay to switch. Personally, if it was brand new, I would not pay full price for something that has a common issue.

im guessing so yeah. Find it a bit odd though  and annoying. Suppose ill have to try find a 113 or 499 although just the thickness puts me off the 499..and trying to find a 113 is going to be an effort

I wonder if it is too little threads, or too much? If it is too much, you may be able to shorten the screw length and fit it in all the way.

Just a thought.

not a bad idea that. I just cant see how its become an issue in the first place. perhaps its worth and ask because your right the lug could be shortened

If you really want that PAM563, then either that or you buy a pair of Panatime spring-loaded lug bars. They look like screw-in but they're not.

Just checked them out .. and they would do the job would they just simply fill out the thread holes?
