Pam524 Fake Flyback - any function?

I look for a Pam524, but never can say to me, if I can stop the blue second hand with the buttons left.
Because I need a Pam to stop the 25sec for my espresso ;-)

So... can I stop the blue second hand, reset it to 12 and start it like a Stop Watch?

Or a alternative Pam with stop watch functions?

No the chrono on the PAM524 does not work. Buy a timer. Cheaper, with alarm to boot.

Ok, thank you. I buy now a IWC Portuguese Chrono, this works.
