PAM505 lug question

Hey. I have a PAM505v1 and I just changed the strap. When I tightened the lug screw, one of the lugs seems to be a little wobbly. Is there a way to tighten the lug at all so that it doesn't slip in and out even though fully screwed in?
Thanks and I look forward to any help/advice on the matter.

Is the screw loosening on that lug at all? If so, I read that there is a removable loc-title compound out now that may work.

No, the screw is quite tight. It just feels as if it needs a longer lug screw as there is still quite a bit of wobbliness/give on the lug (just one lug...not all 4)

Not sure about that portion for the looseness if it is not the screw. Everything I have seen for these makes it seem the screws are a potential issue and need to be replaced. Possibly one of the more knowledgeable members can shed some light on the subject.

It is as if the groove on the lug that the screw presses down on was cut a little too deep so the screw is not making proper contact in holding the lug in place. I'm going to try and add a little bluetac to the lug groove. Hopefully that'll work

rhaykal…does your version use the little metal sleeve on the end of the lugs? Sometimes these stay inside the case…sometimes they
come out with the lug end. If one is missing, it feels just like you are describing.
Worth checking…they are very small, and used on the KW V2's, but not sure about the V1's.
Other makers use plastic or silicone sleeve things, and when they tear or are lost the result is the same. They act like a spacer, and
without them the lugs are loose. KW's are metal. I lost one of these…..think the dog ate it.

Unfortunately my lugs did not come with the spacer. I know that my 292J has them so I know what you are talking about. I am wondering if rapping a small piece of cloth tape around the lug will help imitate the effect of the little plastic caps
