PAM441 VSF V2 - Replacement Lug Screw/Spring

Thank god I was walking around the house on carpet when the lug spring decided to leave my watch and allow this beautiful baby to hit the deck. Now I cannot find the lug screw/spring.

I know it is a 24mm screw in spring for this watch, is there anything else I need to look for when purchasing? Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?
