Well, my Italian is not the best but I'm pretty sure "tuttonero" means "all black"
Just look at that beautiful gen P.9001/B movement. That is what I called "all black"
Unfortunately our 438 reps comes with a stock st2555 or 7750 movement and just a black deco plate on top.
The black deco plate is not to bad but underneath you can still see parts of the silver movement
Not very "all black" in my opinion.
So let's take some black paint and a bit of time to do this:
And here is the result, still not ALL black but much more black than a stock "tuttonero"
The only mistake I have made is using a glossy paint. A mat paint would be much better.
But under normal light is this mistake not really visible
